RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Formriot online store, operated by YES THAT HOODIE, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Because all Formriot products are made using a print-on-demand process, each item is produced individually after an order is placed. Therefore, our return policy is limited and applies only in specific situations.
1. Applicable Regions
This policy applies to customers in the United States and other countries where our website supports checkout and order fulfillment.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of successful payment.
After this period, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

3. Return Window & Eligibility
Return Window:
Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or report an issue. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.
Product Condition:
Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The wrong product, design, or size was sent by Formriot
We do NOT accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
4. Return Fees
- If the issue is caused by our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), no return or replacement fee will be charged.
- In certain cases where a return is requested, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by our support team.
5. Return Method & Instructions

- Return requests must be approved before any item is sent back. We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
6. Verification Process
- In most cases, we only require clear photos showing the issue (such as defects, damage, or incorrect items) to verify your request. This allows us to resolve issues quickly without requiring a return shipment.
- However, in certain situations, we may request that the product be returned for further inspection. If required, detailed instructions will be provided by our support team.
7. Return Shipping & Address
- Customers must contact us before returning any product. Depending on the specific case:
- A return shipment may not be required, or
- We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address via email
- Return labels are not included in the original package.
8. Refund & Replacement Options
After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Full Refund: 100% of the product value refunded to the original payment method
- Replacement: A new item sent at no additional cost
Customers are not required to place a new order for replacements.

10. Processing Time
- Request review: 1–2 business days after receiving sufficient information
- Refund processing: 1–5 business days after approval
Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear. Processing times are calculated in business days only (Monday–Friday).
