1. Delivery Time

Please note that stated delivery times are estimates.

  • Business Days: Monday – Friday (Closed on weekends and public holidays)
  • Business Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM (EST)
  • Handling Time (Production): 3–5 business days 
  • Transit Time (Shipping):
    • United States: 5–10 business days (standard shipping)
    • International: 7–15 business days (varies by destination)
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time
    • United States: 8–15 business days
    • International: 10–20 business days

Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM Eastern Time (EST). Orders placed after 05:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on your destination and order total. (All prices are listed in USD)

United States

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 applies to all orders under $100.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping for all 0rders $100.00 and over.

International:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.

Note: Shipping costs may vary in rare cases for remote locations or special carrier requirements.

  • US Orders: USPS, DHL US, DHL Parcel
  • International Orders: Australia Post, Canada Post, DHL Express UK, Yun Express, Yanwen

6. Delays and Issues

Delays: Factors such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or peak seasons may occasionally affect delivery times.

  • Domestic (United States): If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after the shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team.
  • International: If your order has not arrived within 25 business days after the shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently support shipping to a single destination per order. If you need items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  • We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States when the selected carrier supports it (primarily USPS).
  • Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are not guaranteed, as not all of our carriers support these locations.
  • Some international destinations may have limited tracking visibility or may be subject to additional customs or carrier restrictions.

8. Taxes, Duties & VAT

  • We do not collect international customs fees or VAT at checkout.
  • All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
