Return and Refund Policy

These are the terms and conditions (the “Policy”) that apply when you make a purchase from online store Formriot, operated by YES THAT HOODIE, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order for merchandise through our website, you accept this Policy and agree to be bound by it.

1. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of completing your purchase.
- After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer available, as the order will already be in the technical processing stage.
- To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible with your order number at [email protected]
2. Returning Goods
We want your order to be exactly as you expected. Please double-check product details, such as size and design, before submitting your order.
Formriot maintains a limited Return Policy. We only accept returns for t-shirt products that are defective due to Formriot’s fault, including:
- The wrong size was received compared to the confirmed order details.
- Incorrect design or print differing significantly from the product page.
- Damaged goods upon arrival (e.g., peeling, tearing, or fabric defects).
- Wrong style received (e.g., 3D T-shirt instead of a 2D T-shirt).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Except in the cases listed above, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for other reasons (such as change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction) due to the on-demand, made-to-order nature of our T-shirt production.
Returning Goods Process
If your order has an issue caused by us, please email us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected]. In the “Request a Return” email, please include:
- Your Order Number
- Photos clearly showing the issue (defect, damage, incorrect item, or the size tag if the size is incorrect).
Once verified, we will:
- Send a free replacement, or
- Issue a full refund.
In most cases, no return shipping is required. Processing a replacement takes 3–5 business days, and shipping follows our standard transit times.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). If this method is no longer valid, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange another option.
- Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 1–5 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Processing time is calculated in business days only. Refund requests received on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges in all cases. However, if the issue is caused by us (wrong size, incorrect design, or damaged item), we will handle it following our Returning Goods Process above.
- Depending on your preference and verification of the issue, we will send a free replacement or provide a full refund.
- Customers do not need to place a new order for an exchange.
