Every order is handled with care to ensure your apparel is produced and delivered according to our technical standards. This policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders worldwide.

1. Delivery Time

Please note that stated delivery times are estimates.

  • Business Days: Monday – Friday (Closed on weekends and public holidays)
  • Business Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM (MST)
  • Handling Time (Production): 3–5 business days 
  • Transit Time (Shipping):
    • United States: 5–10 business days (standard shipping)
    • International: 7–15 business days (varies by destination)

Order Cut-off Time: We process all orders placed before 05:00 PM. Orders placed after 05:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on your destination and order total.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 applies to all orders under $100.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $100.

(All prices are listed in USD) Note: A small percentage of international destinations may not offer full tracking visibility. Some shipments may experience extended delays of 20-25 business days.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time:

  • US Orders: USPS, DHL US, DHL Parcel
  • International Orders: Australia Post, Canada Post, DHL Express UK, Yun Express, Yanwen

4. Shipment Origin

To ensure efficient delivery, we utilize a distributed network of fulfillment centers. Depending on product availability, your T-shirt may ship from our U.S. facilities or our verified international production partners.

5. Order Tracking

Once your T-shirt order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your package directly on our tracking page at https://formriot.com/track-your-order/ 

6. Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors – such as weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, or high-volume periods – may occasionally affect the delivery timeline. Please allow up to 20–25 business days for your order to arrive before contacting our support team for assistance. If your package has not arrived after this extended timeframe, please reach out to us via [email protected] so we can help.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently support shipping to a single destination per order. If you need items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  • We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States when the selected carrier supports it (primarily USPS).
  • Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are not guaranteed, as not all of our carriers support these locations.
  • Some international destinations may have limited tracking visibility or may be subject to additional customs or carrier restrictions.

8. Taxes, Duties & VAT

  • We do not collect international customs fees or VAT at checkout.
  • All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • VAT charges vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further details.
