Section 5 – Product Descriptions and Designs

Our products are specialized T-shirts featuring pre-designed, all-over-print (AOP) artwork.

• Ready-to-Wear: All items are sold as finished products based on the designs displayed on our store pages. We do not offer personalized design services, custom image uploads, or individual modifications to our apparel.
• Color and Design Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors and graphics of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the technical nature of the sublimation printing process and variations in computer monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that the physical product will perfectly match your screen’s display.
• Sizing: Customers are responsible for reviewing our Size Guide before purchase to ensure the correct fit.

Section 6 – Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

• No Custom Artwork: Formriot does not accept, store, or process user-provided designs, images, or artwork for the purpose of creating custom apparel. All products are sold as-is based on our curated collections.
• Ownership of Feedback: We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
• Review Guidelines: You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary right. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

Section 8 – Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.
